Well done on an effective thriller opening sequence rough edit! It's looking great!
Now what you need to do is be really purposeful about each creative decision. Think about why you include certain transitions (mainly your cut to black screens) and whether they are effective or whether they detract and distract from the suspense that's meant to be building. You need some titles and to put some thought into how you display your Titles and credits. Your music can also be explored a bit more. Why not try a few different versions with different tracks and see how it differs? I would also re-think the length of the end of the scene with the car driving out. It is really long with no resolve. Perhaps shortening it could end on more of a suspenseful note?
